To ensure an enjoyable dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your visit.
Dress Code
Thyme maintains an upscale dining atmosphere. Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to guests whose attire does not meet our dress code standards.
Gentlemen
No tank tops, undershirts, sleeveless shirts, or muscle shirts.
No athletic wear, including basketball shorts, gym shorts, jerseys, sweatpants, or hooded sweatshirts.
No excessively baggy or excessively distressed/torn jeans.
Dress shorts are permitted.
Designer or elevated athleisure wear may be permitted at management’s discretion.
Ladies
Guests are asked to wear attire that is tasteful and appropriately covered for a family-friendly dining environment.
Excessively revealing clothing, sheer garments without proper underlayers, or attire that exposes undergarments is not permitted.
Designer or elevated athleisure wear may be permitted at management’s discretion.
General Attire Requirements
• No offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate graphics or language on clothing.
• No flip-flops, slides, or casual slip-on sandals, regardless of brand or designer label.
• Sunglasses may be worn on the outdoor patio only and are not permitted inside the restaurant.
Reservations
• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.
• After the 15-minute grace period, reservation seating may no longer be guaranteed.
• We recommend contacting the restaurant if you anticipate arriving late.
Automatic Gratuity
• An automatic gratuity is applied to all table tabs exceeding $50 before tax.
• If a table’s check is split, the automatic gratuity will still be calculated based on the total table tab, not individual guest checks.
• Additional gratuity is always appreciated but not expected.
Payment Policy
• Thyme is a cashless establishment.
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Outside Desserts
• Guests are welcome to bring an outside cake for celebrations.
• There is no cake-cutting fee.
Smoking and Vaping
• Smoking and vaping, including electronic cigarettes and vape pens, are not permitted anywhere inside the restaurant.
Parking
• Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
• There are no parking fees.
Children
• Children are welcome at Thyme.
• Please note that we do not offer a children’s menu or high chairs.
